(OS1) Trainers Toolbox Upgrade
The annual Cleaning Industry Expert Trainer Workshop at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida was the setting for the announcement that in 2010 all (OS1) Certified Trainer/Coaches will be upgrading their Trainers Toolbox to the new iPad from Apple. The Trainers Toolbox is a standardized presentation kit that contains hardware, software and support materials for professional trainers in the cleaning industry.John Walker, President of ManageMen, Inc., observed at the introduction "for nearly 25 years we've been creating educational materials utilizing the Mac format. With each advancement of Macintosh technology we felt our training program was getting closer to providing a teaching box for trainers. All of the (OS1) training materials including presentations, Boot Camp DVDs, tracking software, workloading software, (OS1) symposium talks and workbooks can be loaded onto the iPad and delivered when and where the trainers need them." The iPads will be shipped to certified trainer/coaches fully loaded with award winning ManageMen training materials.
Michigan State University was the first (OS1) User to receive the new iPad platform and customized tools. Brandon Baswell, MSU Custodial Director, provided the first iPad demonstration to the 30+ trainers attending the workshop. All other (OS1) organizations will be receiving their iPads loaded with ManageMen training tools when their toolboxes are upgraded in 2010.
